Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ExportAI collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit exportai.me or use the ExportAI platform, including the client workspaces served under *.exportai.me and *.delegat.es.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Pablo Szelagowski, Calle 53 Nº 416, La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can reach us through the contact form.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, phone and the message you send us.
  • Platform accounts: name, email, role and the settings of each user created by a client.
  • Client business data: operations, contacts, documents and any other information a client loads into its workspace. We process this data only on behalf of the client, who owns it.
  • Support: tickets, comments, attachments and the meetings booked with our team.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and access logs needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use it

  • To provide, maintain and secure the platform and each client's workspace.
  • To answer contact requests, provide support and schedule support meetings.
  • To bill the service and send service notifications.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use client data for advertising. Client data is confidential and is used only to provide the service to that client.

4. Google user data

ExportAI administrators can connect a Google Calendar so that clients can book support meetings. When an administrator connects their Google account, ExportAI accesses:

  • the email address of the connected Google account, to show which calendar is connected;
  • the free/busy information of that account's primary calendar, only to know which time slots are available for meetings (event titles and details are not read);
  • the ability to create and cancel the events of the support meetings booked through ExportAI, including the meeting time, the invitees' email addresses and the Google Meet link.

This data is used only to offer and manage support meetings. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with third parties except as needed to provide this feature, and not used to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. People at ExportAI do not read this data unless the administrator asks us to, it is required for security or to comply with the law.

ExportAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The administrator can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the platform or revoke access from their Google account permissions. When disconnected, the stored access tokens are deleted.

5. Who we share data with

We only share data with the providers we need to run the service, under confidentiality obligations:

  • cloud hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services);
  • email delivery;
  • Google, for the calendar and meeting features described above;
  • artificial intelligence providers, only for the AI features that each client chooses to use;
  • authorities, when the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Our servers are located in Brazil, and some providers may process data in other countries. We choose providers that offer adequate protection for personal data.

7. Retention

We keep data while the client's account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations. When the service ends, the client can request a copy of its data and its deletion.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections and access control by user and role to protect the data. No system is completely secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

9. Your rights

You can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your personal data through the contact form. Under Argentine Law 25,326, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) is the authority that handles complaints about personal data protection.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the changes are significant, we will notify clients through the platform.
